The 8 residents living with us are between 60-75 years old and have some form of dementia diagnosis. Some of the residents use mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers to move around. As a support assistant, you will work both independently and together with colleagues to support the residents in their daily lives and contribute to a safe and independent lifestyle. Your role is to create security for the users and give them the opportunity to participate in their daily activities according to their individual circumstances. You will also encourage, support, and motivate them to develop their independence and social participation.
