We now need to expand with a position for order processing, picking and packing, and customer service for our e-commerce We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take initiative, who works well collaboratively and has the ability to see what your colleagues need help with. You are positive, solution-oriented, and responsible. You must have fluent Swedish both spoken and written, as you will be communicating with our web customers. You are efficient and unpretentious, enjoy varied tasks, and want to work at a rapidly growing e-commerce company. As an employee with us, your main responsibilities will be picking and packing, order processing, customer service, and handling returns and deliveries. You will have daily contact and frequent phone calls from our customers. It is therefore of utmost importance that you are service-minded and ensure that our customers always have the best experience. You are thorough and ensure that all packages are sent out on time. You are stress-resistant and ensure that the flow in the warehouse runs smoothly. If you have previous experience working with clothing, retail, or picking and packing at an e-commerce company and an interest in fashion and design, that is a plus. About the Role As an onsite technician, you will be a key person in daily IT support for our customers in the Gothenburg area. You will work on solving IT-related issues directly on-site and contribute to creating a smooth and efficient work environment for end users.
