About the Role As an onsite technician, you will be a key person in daily IT support for our customers in the Gothenburg area. You will work on solving IT-related issues directly on-site and contribute to creating a smooth and efficient work environment for end users. Your responsibilities include: Installation and configuration of computers and other IT equipment Troubleshooting hardware and software Delivery and receipt of IT equipment and mobile phones Support via IT Walk-in desk, Backoffice, and package reception Work in the ServiceNow ticketing system Who Are You? You have a genuine passion for IT and technology, good communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent service. To succeed in this role, we believe you are curious and unafraid of challenges. The position also requires a valid Class B driver's license. If you have previous experience in a service profession and possess strong social skills, we believe you have the right qualifications for this role! We primarily focus on personal fit and your communication abilities. Requirements: Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) Class B driver's license Monthly salary: 24 500–26 000 kr/month Why Onitio?
