About the Job Kvibergs Vandrarhem is seeking a careful and responsible person who wants to work extra shifts with breakfast, cleaning, and reception. Work shifts are primarily scheduled for weekends, but daytime work on weekdays also occurs. We are a small team where everyone needs to pitch in and help. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks and can work independently. Breakfast and guest service are a natural part of the work from day one. Cleaning is also an important part of the position, and previous cleaning experience is therefore a requirement. About the Company: Kvibergs Vandrarhem is a family-owned hostel that welcomes travelers from around the world. We strive to offer a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where guests can feel at home. We have a total of 48 rooms and 3 cottages. Your Responsibilities: As a team member with us, you will work across multiple areas and help where needed. Breakfast Prepare and serve breakfast to our guests Provide service and assist guests during breakfast Keep the breakfast area clean and well-organized Cleaning: Cleaning of guest rooms and common areas Ensure everything is clean, fresh, and welcoming for our guests Work carefully and efficiently according to our procedures We do not change bed sheets Reception: Welcome and assist our guests Check guests in and out Answer questions and provide information about Gothenburg and local attractions We are Looking for Someone Who: Has good social skills and enjoys meeting new people Has previous cleaning experience Is careful, responsible, and reliable Can take own initiative and sees what needs to be done You must be able to communicate well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Is over 18 years old Employment Terms: This is a position on an as-needed basis, approximately 4-8 days per month from October to May. From June to August, there is an opportunity to work up to 5 days per week.
