About the Job Are you interested in facilitating the work of the city's employees in the handling and implementation of Treserva? The position is primarily focused on individual and family care, but work tasks across the entire application may occur regardless of operational area. As a systems administrator, you are an important link between the organization's needs, Treserva, and the system provider. You translate the organization's needs into appropriate system solutions and help develop system support that creates value for both the operations and the people we serve. Your responsibilities include capturing the organization's needs, developing, further developing, and maintaining the service. You collaborate with the city's operations and the system provider to find the best possible solutions for the city. You are expected to act proactively in development matters and be a competent stakeholder vis-à-vis system providers. Together with your colleagues, you train the city's local operational support staff, handle support and user support matters, work with acceptance testing, and produce manuals and training materials. Service Management Integrated Digitalization delivers digital services. The unit is placed in Social Services Northeast with a mandate from all six health and care administrations. The unit is to support operations with appropriate and cost-effective services based on decided processes. The unit is responsible for management, delivery, and support. The goal is to deliver services that advance the city's objective of providing welfare that creates conditions for an independent life, and care and services of the right quality. The unit delivers operational support to elderly care, disability services, individual and family care, and health care. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant university education and experience of work within social services or systems administration of an operational system. You have experience with Treserva, which is the operational system used within social services in Gothenburg, or a corresponding system. The following are prerequisites for performing the assignment: • Knowledge of social services processes • Experience of having worked in Treserva • Competence in relevant legislation for the operational area • Understanding of the organization's needs • Ability to see the whole picture from service delivery to citizen benefit You enjoy working both independently and together with others.
