Apply for this position with us at Härjedalens Municipality! The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the Social Services Department and consists of seven occupational therapists and six physiotherapists. We work closely with other personnel in health and care services within the municipality's special housing, short-term accommodations, home health care, and home services, as well as supporting individuals receiving services under LSS. We serve all of Härjedalen and operate from the locations Funäsdalen, Hede, and Sveg. Work Location: Sveg. This position is a 100% temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Recruiting and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis throughout the application period. Start date 2026-08-01 or by agreement. Responsibilities - You will work with assessment and activity training, as well as guidance and instruction for patients, family members, and care personnel. Your responsibilities also include home modifications and assistive device prescriptions. Qualifications Requirements: - Licensed occupational therapist or eligible for licensure by the agreed start date. - Category B driver's license. - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A background check from the criminal records register is required for work in elderly care and services for adults with disabilities. Merits: - Previous experience in municipal activities, including elderly care and LSS services. - Completed advanced training in transfer techniques.
