Our operations include assisted living facilities, short-term care units, home health care services, and collaboration with Region Jämtland Härjedalen. We operate 24/7 and perform assignments for 1177 as needed. The position may involve work in both home health care and assisted living facilities with short-term placements, respite care placements, and two NÄVA placements.
Work hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may occur.
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
Job Responsibilities
As a nurse in Härjedalen municipality, you will work with individual care recipients with responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating care together with care recipients, unit managers, team members, other supporting professionals, and family members.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Licensed registered nurse.
Class B driver's license.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good data skills in the Office package and preferably experience with the operational systems Viva Cambio, Cosmic, and Link.
To work in care for the elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal background check is required.
Meritorious:
Strong knowledge and experience in elderly care, dementia care, palliative care, or specialized home care.
