Your Responsibilities
As a supervisor, you are the natural link between the restaurant manager and staff, meaning much of your work involves ensuring employees are satisfied and that service and bar staff get the help they need. You also ensure that restaurants are welcoming, well-organized, and that we maintain high service standards.
Selected Work Tasks
Monitor and develop guidelines and work procedures.
Conduct employee meetings.
Handle schedules and staffing.
Manage group bookings.
Serving, cash handling, and taking orders.
As a supervisor, you'll work days, evenings, and occasionally nights.

Requirements
You need to have experience with similar work tasks as described above.
You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish.
Meritorious
Leadership experience from previous work.
Driver's license and access to a car.
