We develop and work with digital technology in our operations to facilitate work for staff and improve care quality for residents. We have close collaboration both within and between our different units. The position is full-time (100%) and working hours are scheduled for daytime, weekdays. You are part of the work team but will have time to perform work related to your job description. Your placement is at the unit where you are employed, but your placement may be moved if needed. Your New Job As a nursing assistant with advanced expertise, you are an important part of developing both care and your colleagues. You work closely with the unit manager, coordinators, and various designated staff members and have a key role in supporting and guiding staff in daily work. This includes mentoring colleagues in basic care, rehabilitative work methods, and documentation, as well as ensuring that procedures are followed. You participate in case meetings, distribute information throughout the operations, and support designated roles such as meals, activities, language, and documentation coordinators. Another important part is your responsibility for introducing new employees and welcoming new residents, where you help create a comprehensive picture of needs and initiate care plans.
