Job Description In the role of process support, you will support probation managers and correctional officers in both short-term and long-term work with assignments, investigations, ongoing operational processes, and follow-up of results. You will also support the recurring annual operational processes. An important part of the role is to analyze operations and, in dialogue with managers and staff, develop proposals for measures and action plans. The role also involves supporting the organization in change management work and participating in local and regional assignments and projects. You will contribute to quality and practice work related to process and quality development and, in dialogue with colleagues, develop proposals for improvement of various work processes. Since the role is new, you will have an important part in developing and shaping the role together with managers based on the organization's needs.
