About the role You will have a broad role with responsibility for coordinating, developing, and ensuring quality of administrative processes and systems. An important part of the assignment is to serve as the link between the organization and external payroll providers, where you set requirements, follow up, and ensure smooth delivery. You will, among other things: develop and optimize internal processes and work methods work with system management and digital tools coordinate and ensure quality of payroll-related processes set requirements for and follow up on external providers document processes and create clear work procedures support and train colleagues in systems and digital tools Who are we looking for? We believe you have a background in payroll and have gradually taken on greater responsibility for systems, processes, or development matters. You could, for example, be working as a payroll specialist, payroll specialist, payroll systems specialist, or within HR systems today. We would like to see that you have: experience with payroll management and a good understanding of the entire payroll process experience with system management, system ownership, or as a superuser participated in digitalization, implementation, or change projects very good system skills and strong knowledge of Excel/Microsoft 365 ability to independently drive issues and create structure easy collaboration, communication, and pedagogical support for others Experience with outsourced payroll, working with external payroll partners, multiple collective agreements, or accounting is a merit.
