ABOUT THE ROLE: Our client is a large technical company working with advanced solutions and systems in complex and security-critical environments. You will become part of the organization responsible for installation, maintenance, operations, and management of the company's various IT and production environments as well as associated technical equipment. As an Onsite IT Technician, you will work closely with the business to ensure that users' IT environments function as they should. Among other things, you will install and configure computers and other IT equipment, manage technical incidents and support requests, and continuously work with troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance. An important part of the role is daily contact with users, where you help solve both simple and more complex technical problems. Support requests and incidents are handled and documented in ServiceNow, which means you work systematically with requests from registration and troubleshooting to resolution and follow-up. This role suits you if you appreciate a combination of hands-on IT work, problem-solving, and user contact. You will become part of a technical organization where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work, while you are expected to take personal responsibility and drive your requests forward. There may also be a few business trips involved. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computers and other IT equipment Manage support requests and technical incidents for on-site users Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and user environments Work with operations, maintenance, and management of various IT and production environments Register, document, follow up, and manage requests in ServiceNow Install and configure software and technical equipment according to business needs Contribute to improvements of technical environments, procedures, and working methods Collaborate with other technical functions and escalate requests when needed WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has relevant post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or equivalent field Has at least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, onsite support, service desk, or similar technical work Has experience installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining computers and IT environments Has good understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, and user environments Has experience with incident and request management Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE: Experience with ServiceNow or similar request management systems Experience with IT support in production or industrial environments Experience working in larger and complex IT organizations We will place great importance on personal suitability.
