ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of an established and collaborative team consisting of project managers, service technicians, and finance personnel. Together, you will work to deliver complex technical projects and customized solutions to operations across multiple industries. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring the technical and financial aspects of projects. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, where you translate technical requirements and customer needs into feasible solutions. Initially, you will work closely with experienced project managers to gradually assume greater responsibility for project execution and development. The work is varied and combines technical problem-solving, project management, procurement, and customer dialogue. Travel in connection with customer visits, project meetings, and follow-ups is part of the position. You will, for example: - Drive and coordinate technical projects from order to completed delivery - Prepare technical documents, component lists, and documentation for orders and procurement - Work with flow diagrams and calculations - Coordinate and conduct procurement of equipment and major components - Monitor project finances together with the finance manager - Participate in project meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal project teams - Handle and analyze incoming request documentation - Contribute to preparing quotations and business documentation - Travel to customer facilities around Sweden for project meetings and follow-ups WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE: - Post-secondary education in energy, process, mechanical engineering, or similar - Work experience in project management, project coordination, or similar technical roles - Technical interest and a desire to develop within the energy and process industry - Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite - Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work - A driving license (category B) Meritorious if you have: - Experience from the energy, process, or facility industry, such as heat plants, combined heat and power plants, or other technical facilities We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
