The Health and Care Unit is part of the social services' operations directed toward care facilities, home health care, and support for people with disabilities. The unit consists of nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants who provide qualified health care with the patient at the center. We are now recruiting hourly temporary nurses for our municipal primary care. You will work in a dynamic and varied environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the quality of care for our citizens. 5 position(s). JOB DUTIES The work includes standard nursing tasks such as: • Conduct medical assessments, plan care interventions, and perform treatments • Provide health care and support to patients and relatives • Proactive work • Document and follow up on patients in medical record systems • Collaborate with physicians, Rehabilitation Team, other care providers, and external actors • Internal collaboration with other actors within Social Services • Provide support and guidance to care staff and students QUALIFICATIONS • Licensed Nurse/Specialist Nurse • Experience in municipal primary care is meritorious • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Ability to work independently and in a team • Empathic ability and responsiveness to patient needs • Interest in quality and development work • Flexibility and willingness to work as needed Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-08-10 Start date by agreement., end date: 2027-01-31 .
