JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The work involves providing individually tailored support in daily life based on the individual's needs, wishes, and implementation plan. Through a supportive and motivating approach, you contribute to strengthening independence, participation, and quality of life. You perform services within personal assistance and other services according to LSS and actively participate in planning, documentation, and follow-up.
The role also includes being involved in developing the operations and collaborating with relatives, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure safe and quality care.
Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. Night shifts may occur. The work is based on the individual's needs, participation, and self-determination.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education in healthcare and elderly care, child and leisure activities, social work, or other relevant education is meritorious, as is experience working within LSS and/or personal assistance. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
A B-category driver's license may be required depending on the assignment

Employment type: Permanent position.
