We are now seeking nursing assistants/care workers for Home Care Services in Vuollerim. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant/care worker, your duties include providing good quality of life for our clients using a person-centered approach. The work consists mainly of care and nursing tasks and the ability to contribute with social support and guidance. Service tasks in the form of cleaning, laundry, and shopping are performed. Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the organization and your preferences. Our operations run 24 hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS We see that as an applicant you have nursing assistant training or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. We are looking for someone who is a positive, committed, and responsible person with good empathetic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to cooperate. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in your team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge/understanding of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work, in the form of documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our management system. A B driving license is required. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Indefinite, start date: To be agreed upon. Working hours: Shift work.
