What we're looking for
We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine. You have very good knowledge of Swedish at a minimum level of C1 and hold a B driver's license. It is an asset if you have knowledge of Sámi and Sámi cultural competence as well as experience with Cosmic.

You contribute to good cooperation and professional treatment of patients, relatives, and colleagues.
What you will work with
A health center in a sparsely populated area means you get to work with a broad spectrum of patients. We have several care and residential facilities and you will be assigned responsibility. Additionally, we have a general medicine department at the health center that makes the work here varied, broad, and developmental. At the health center, we also have a resource center for Sámi health with a main focus on mental health.
If you, like several of us who work at the health center in Jokkmokk, are interested in outdoor activities, then the proximity to the mountains, ski slopes, hiking trails, and rivers is a great plus. The cultural offering in the municipality is good for a relatively small town. Cinema, concerts, dining options, and many leisure activities for children and adults are all within walking distance in charming Jokkmokk. We offer a permanent full-time employment with working hours during daytime. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
