Vuollerimskolan is an F-5 school with a leisure time program for students from preschool class and up. Approximately 23 students participate in the program. We are seeking a staff member for Vuollerimskolan's leisure time facility. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a leisure time instructor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and developing a pedagogical and meaningful leisure time program based on students' needs and the school's goals. You create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where students have the opportunity to develop both social and practical skills. You work together with colleagues to offer varied activities that promote play, physical activity, creativity, and community. The role also includes working on health promotion and prevention, as well as supporting students in their social development. You collaborate closely with the school's team during the school day, participate in teaching-related activities, and contribute to student learning by supporting structure, safety, and participation. The work also includes documentation, program follow-up, and dialogue with guardians. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified leisure time instructor or have other pedagogical training and have a good understanding of the leisure time program's mission according to Lgr22. You can plan and lead a safe and meaningful program and have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are organized, responsible, and collaborate well in a team. It is advantageous if you have experience working with different student groups and adapting activities based on students' needs. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-09-14, end date: 2026-12-31.
