Primär is seeking a Property Technician for Fyrbodal Primär is growing and we currently have many exciting assignments in the Fyrbodal region and therefore need to expand our team with a qualified Property Technician. As a property technician at Primär, you will be part of a group of experienced technicians who together manage commitments for our customers in the Fyrbodal region. You will work in the daily operation of property services, and your tasks will include: Regular inspections and rounds focusing on technical systems and exterior environment Ongoing maintenance of technical installations Energy meter readings and reporting Fault correction and preventive repairs and maintenance Cost assessments, in some cases execution of orders, follow-up of completed work, and reporting to customer Internal and external general service and maintenance work Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a trained property technician with at least 3–5 years of experience from similar work. A Class B driver's license is required. You have good computer skills.
