Part-Time Regional Process Leader for Healthcare and Care College, 50% We are looking for someone who wants to work with process leadership at the regional level in the Healthcare and Care College - a collaborative framework between the working world and educational providers within the healthcare and care sector with the overarching goal of ensuring future staffing and competency supply. As a regional coordinator for the Fyrbodal municipalities within the Healthcare and Care College, you will be employed by Fyrbodals Regional Authority. Fyrbodals Regional Authority is one of four regional authorities in the Västra Götaland region. We are a collaborative organization for 14 municipalities with a combined population of 270,000. Together we become stronger and can meet the future in a better way. Work Responsibilities Each regional college has a process leader with the task of leading, developing, and coordinating the regional work, as well as being the link between the national, regional, and local levels. The process leader also maintains contact with other regional colleges. The assignment is broad and can vary in intensity throughout the year, depending on which issues are current. The assignment includes: Together with the regional steering group and the local Healthcare and Care Colleges, lead, coordinate, and develop the Healthcare and Care College in Fyrbodal. Promote well-functioning collaboration between educational providers, employers, and other collaboration partners. Take responsibility for contact with the Healthcare and Care College at the national level and contribute to the exchange of experiences between national, regional, and local levels. Drive and support the implementation of national initiatives, methods, and guidelines in Fyrbodal's Healthcare and Care College. Support local Healthcare and Care Colleges and affiliated actors in their work with recertification and continued development. Take responsibility for administration of the regional steering group and support the work of local college steering groups. Monitor the external environment and disseminate relevant information. Take initiative in networks and/or working groups. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Experience in process or project management, preferably in collaboration with various different actors and organizations. Experience working with competency supply, education, or development issues within the healthcare and care sector. Good knowledge of healthcare and care education at upper secondary and post-secondary level. Experience working within or in close collaboration with municipal and/or regional operations. Knowledge of governance, leadership, and decision-making processes in public operations. Good ability to create and develop trusting relationships with various target groups and collaboration partners. Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, and to present and adapt information for different target groups. You can produce reports, decision-making documents, and other materials of high quality. Good ability to plan, structure, and independently drive your work forward. Relevant university or college degree or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.
