Short-term substitutes needed for night shifts in home care services You are offered flexible and meaningful work where we together create a safe everyday life for our users through quality care and support. As a short-term substitute, you replace regular staff during temporary absences and have the opportunity to work in different operations. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role and actively contribute to the development of operations. You will work together with committed colleagues and at the same time gain valuable work experience for the future. About the job As a short-term substitute, you contribute to creating security, care, and quality of life for our users during the night hours. Night operations consist of several teams that together are responsible for providing safe and secure care to our users. As a short-term substitute, it is desirable that you work in all teams based on operational needs. This requires flexibility, good teamwork skills, and a willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with different work groups and areas. During night shifts, those working drive between visits to our users; the basic rule is that two people travel together in the same vehicle to create security for both users and staff. We are looking for you who: Have good interpersonal skills, willingness, and ability to help others and meet user needs. Are flexible and able to adapt easily to changed circumstances. Take responsibility for your work tasks and show commitment in your work. Since part of the operations is located outside the town center, access to your own vehicle is an asset for commuting to the workplace. Qualifications You are 18 years of age or older. Passed language assessment. We prioritize applicants with completed or ongoing training equivalent to a nursing/care program. You have good computer skills and experience using mobile phones and other digital tools and systems in your work. Category B driver's license is required. You must be able to drive in all weather and road conditions. Previous experience working in home care or experience working night shifts in home care or similar operations.
