Job Description About the Position: As a concrete mixer, you will be responsible for mixing and preparing concrete according to specifications and schedules. You will monitor and adjust the mixing process to ensure optimal quality and consistency. You will also ensure that equipment is in good condition through regular inspections and maintenance. You will collaborate with other team members to coordinate deliveries and handle any deviations in the process, all to support our customer's production goals. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education in construction and civil engineering or equivalent. You should have at least two years of experience working with concrete mixing and knowledge of safety regulations within the construction industry. It is important that you have good ability to work independently and in a team, and that you hold a Class B driver's license to efficiently perform the work tasks. It is advantageous if you have certification in concrete technology or previous experience working at similar companies within the building materials industry. Experience with quality control and concrete sampling, as well as knowledge of modern concrete mixing methods, is also beneficial. Additional skills in equipment maintenance and repairs can give you an advantage in the selection process. Class B driver's license and access to a car.
