We want to be an easily accessible social services where people turn for support and help in various life situations. We are transitioning according to the new Social Services Act (SOL) to work more preventatively and with more non-assessed interventions. In our outpatient services, five experienced family therapists currently work with interventions for both children/youth and adults. One of them is leaving us for another position. Job Description The role of Logistics Manager with us entails full responsibility for the logistics flow – from planning to delivery – with a focus on delivery precision, quality, and cost-efficiency. You work both strategically and operationally – close to the operations, business, and our partners. You become part of the factory's management team and report directly to the Plant Manager. You also have a Planning Manager reporting to the Logistics Manager who is responsible for approximately 17 people. The entire logistics operation employs approximately 130 people including consultants. The facility is a high-volume factory that delivers over 550,000 items per week to multiple major customers. The unit also handles periodic services such as floor care. The unit currently has thirteen permanent facilities cleaners and temporary staff who work as needed during summer and in case of absence. Your Role In your role as a temporary cleaner, you will be an important part of how the unit delivers good quality and service within our assignments. You will support the operation as needed – for example during sick leave or vacation. The primary need is in daily cleaning, but also when it's time to carry out periodic services such as floor care.
