Please visit our website: Link to our website About the Work Your work tasks at the health center span a broad field and encompass general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, digital care visits, and at the clinic. The work includes both acute and planned activities. The position offers the opportunity to work with your own practice based on your expertise and further training, for example in asthma/COPD, cardiovascular disease, or elderly care. You are responsible for assessment, treatment, follow-up, and patient education within your area and contribute to developing a person-centered approach with a focus on quality and continuity. You work closely with your colleagues on the unit and collaboratively with other professionals in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Training future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of the role. About You You are a licensed nurse. You have relevant further training, for example in asthma/COPD, cardiovascular disease, or elderly care. It is a merit if you have experience working in primary care and/or clinic work in one of the above areas. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is comfortable making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients in this role, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. As a plant operator, you will control operations and monitor the chemical processes involved in our activities according to established standard procedures and operating instructions. The work includes shift work. The facility in Vargön is largely an outdoor installation, which means that a significant portion of the work is performed outdoors, year-round and in all weather conditions. The work is physical; lifting occurs. You move around the entire facility, climb stairs, operate forklifts, and handle heavy hoses and couplings during loading and unloading. You work with tanks, pumps, valves, and other process equipment, and you handle flammable materials, hazardous waste, and chemical products. This requires precision and adherence to procedures every time. Forklift certification and forklift experience, as well as ADR training are advantageous. Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.
