We are a dedicated team of 22 employees working together to provide our patients with the best possible care. We have various professional roles, including district physicians, resident physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, psychologist, and counselor. Please visit our website: Link to our website About the Work Your work tasks at the health center span a broad field and encompass general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, digital care visits, and at the clinic. The work includes both acute and planned activities. The position offers the opportunity to work with your own practice based on your expertise and further training, for example in asthma/COPD, cardiovascular disease, or elderly care. You are responsible for assessment, treatment, follow-up, and patient education within your area and contribute to developing a person-centered approach with a focus on quality and continuity. You work closely with your colleagues on the unit and collaboratively with other professionals in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Training future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of the role. About You You are a licensed nurse. You have relevant further training, for example in asthma/COPD, cardiovascular disease, or elderly care. It is a merit if you have experience working in primary care and/or clinic work in one of the above areas. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is comfortable making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients in this role, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-person clinic visits. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development. About the Recruitment Process Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by a recruiter in the HR department who invites relevant candidates for a phone interview. Subsequently, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the health center. We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this helps us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
