Your Profile We are looking for someone who: Has experience with personnel responsibility Has documented experience in operational change leadership within sales and business development, with focus on customer interactions Has solid B2B background in selling financial services Is motivated to actively participate in customer meetings and sales processes Can develop and motivate the sales team through concrete coaching in customer dialogue Is analytical, data-driven, and goal-oriented in identifying and prioritizing business opportunities Has strong communication and relationship-building leadership skills The assignment is based in southwestern Sweden, so we believe you live somewhere between Helsingborg and Gothenburg.
