About Us Halmstad Badmintonklubb is one of Halmstad's leading sports clubs and is currently in a very exciting development phase. As part of the national initiative Idrottsklivet, the club has great opportunities to both grow and strengthen the importance of sports and badminton in society. We conduct a broad range of activities – from children and recreational adults to badminton gymnasium and elite. Halmstad Badmintonklubb is "Badminton for Everyone – Your Whole Life". We run and develop the club together – members, parents, volunteers and employees. Now we're looking for you who share our vision and see club life as an important societal function. About the Position You will mainly work as a coach and be responsible for recruiting new members to the club. Together with other coaches and office staff, you will ensure that the entire club continues to develop and grow – from our youngest to our oldest members. You will also share responsibility for administration in the club and provide support to the board's volunteer work. Together with the board and the club's volunteer forces, you will also plan and carry out competitions, events and other activities for our members. Your main task, however, is to be a badminton coach for everything from young beginners to juniors and recreational adults and contribute to their development as badminton players. About You We are looking for you who have: Very good badminton competence. Good leadership qualities with strong pedagogical ability. The ability to inspire and enthuse others. Understanding of how a non-profit club works. A genuine passion for sports and a genuinely positive attitude. As a coach at Halmstad Badmintonklubb, you will have the opportunity to develop both your pedagogical and organizational skills in a well-run, engaged and pleasant club. Education is not a requirement, but is a merit. Examples of meriting qualifications are Swedish Badminton Association coach training or pedagogical higher education.
