We're expanding in Halmstad and looking for someone who wants to work part-time as a blackjack dealer at bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. The role suits you if you thrive in social environments, enjoy meeting people, and are comfortable with responsibility and clear rules.
As a dealer, you're our face with our partner establishments. You create atmosphere, security, and gaming excitement for guests while ensuring the game is conducted correctly and professionally.
About the Role
Working as a dealer with us means you:
manage the blackjack table and oversee game execution
meet guests in a professional, clear, and service-oriented manner
create a positive and secure atmosphere even in high-paced environments
work independently while representing a strong and established brand
Work is scheduled for evenings and nights, primarily Fridays and Saturdays. Opportunities for additional shifts on weekdays are available, especially during summer.

enjoy evening and weekend work in nightlife environments
Previous experience is not required. We provide internal dealer training—what matters is your personality, attitude, and willingness to do a great job. Minimum age 18.
What We Offer
Free dealer training
A flexible side job that works well alongside studies or other employment
At least four weekend evenings per month (approximately 20 hours), with opportunities for additional shifts
Ability to transfer the job if you relocate
Salary according to collective agreement

Compensation:
Starting salary from 161 kr/hour, depending on relevant experience
Overtime compensation, commission, and holiday pay
Pension-qualifying salary
