We are now looking for a driven and committed operations manager who wants to take overall responsibility for Orthodontics Halland and together with the organization continue to develop the future of dental care. About the position As operations manager for Orthodontics Halland, you have overall responsibility for four clinics (in Halmstad, Falkenberg, Varberg, and Kungsbacka), staff, work environment, finances, and results. You lead the organization with a clear focus on quality, development, and good cooperation. Through engaged and strategic leadership, you create conditions for the organization's continued development and have managerial responsibility for both staff and managers. Orthodontics Halland has a strong position, high expertise, and an established patient focus. We are looking for someone who values what works well today while also seeing opportunities to develop the organization to meet future needs. Together with staff, managers, and union representatives within Public Dental Care, you work to create good conditions for high patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment. Your responsibilities include - Lead, develop, and follow up on the organization based on set goals. - Create engagement, participation, and good conditions for staff members. - Drive development and change initiatives with the organization's best interests in focus. - Ensure that the patient's needs and experience are at the center. - Work strategically with quality, finances, and organizational development. - Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the organization's development. You will be employed on a permanent basis in your basic profession, with an appointment as manager for four years. About you We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with great drive and high ownership of your assignment. You have the ability to see the whole picture while translating strategic goals into concrete results. You are development-oriented and motivated by creating improvements together with others. Through engaged and trusting leadership, you create commitment, responsibility, and good collaborations. Requirements for the position - Post-secondary education in dental care. - Confident leader with management experience. - Knowledge and understanding of both systematic work environment management and labor law. - Knowledge and understanding of the connection between finances and operations, from budgets, forecasts, and operational planning to results and statistics. - To ensure good and secure communication with colleagues, patients/clients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. - Valid driver's license (Category B). Meritorious - Experience in project management or strategic process development. - Experience managing other managers. - Education in leadership, labor law, and/or work environment.
