Your Responsibilities In our work, we base our approach on each individual customer's needs and wishes to provide good and personalized care and support. This happens in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. A day with us involves care and support tasks, delegated assignments working alongside wonderful colleagues. As a nursing assistant, you perform qualified tasks that are part of nursing assistant work such as medication administration, insulin, and dialysis. We have digital solutions to register our services with customers, to document administered medications, and to record in our operations system and quality assurance system. We use digital keys for a safe and secure work approach. Our digital solutions at work mean you are expected to be able to use computers, mobile phones, and associated digital tools. We provide electric and traditional bicycles. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care. It is also an advantage if you are familiar with systems such as Intraphone, Life Care, and Appva. Digital tools are used daily and you are expected to be able to learn to navigate the digital systems we use. For this position, you must be able to commute by bicycle. We work every day of the week and you are expected to work every other weekend. Working hours are day and evening shifts. As a person, you are accommodating and responsive to those you work with, you have the ability to build trust, security, and engagement among customers, staff, and partners. You contribute to a good work environment by being engaged, solution-focused, and seeing the bigger picture. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and you enjoy working in a role with many contact points. We expect you to treat everyone with good conduct and to work in accordance with the home care administration's core values with the guiding principles of trust, respect, and humility.
