Requirements • Academic degree in systems science, information science, strategic or digital communication, or another relevant field. • Experience with project management and change management. • Experience leading complex assignments. • Knowledge of user-oriented methods, such as service design and user journey mapping, as well as the ability to translate insights into improved services and ways of working. • Experience with data-driven approaches and follow-up. Experience working in a politically governed organization is a plus but not a requirement.
