This spring we switched our finance system to Kleer and are in the midst of an exciting journey where we're establishing new ways of working and processes for the entire organization. Your Main Responsibilities Ongoing Finance & Accounts: Responsible for ongoing accounting, invoicing, tax filings, accruals, and monthly and annual financial statements (with support from Kleer). Analysis & Follow-up: Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of results, revenue, and liquidity for management and business managers. Project Finance & Receivables/Payables: Manage customer and supplier accounts, project finance, subcontractors, and group finance with internal transactions. Operations & System Development: Drive the development of the finance function's ways of working, serve as superuser/contact person for the finance system, and handle IT-related finance matters (system adaptations, vendor contact, data protection/GDPR). Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have experience working as a support assistant as well as experience in psychiatry and neuropsychiatry. Previous work with comorbidity is a merit. It is necessary that you have experience and knowledge of ESL, MI, AKK, and LAB and are accustomed to working creatively. You need to master Swedish in speech and writing, which means a requirement for passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a Second Language 1, or equivalent. This is because documentation is part of your work and you must be able to use our IT systems. If you do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1, you may be offered to take a language test through the test provider Educateit.
