What Does the Role Offer?
As a consultant, you are employed by Effektiv and work at one of our clients in warehouse, logistics, or production. You become an important part of the client's operations and have the opportunity to develop through practical work.
The role can offer you:
Flexible part-time work that can be combined with your primary occupation/studies
Opportunity for both short-term fill-ins and longer, recurring assignments
Varying work hours during day, evening, and night shifts
Practical experience in warehouse, logistics, and production

Insight into different operations and chance to make new contacts
Work tasks vary between assignments and can include order picking, packing, sorting, forklift operation, goods receipt, assembly, machine monitoring, packaging, and quality inspections.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is motivated, responsible, reliable, and flexible. You enjoy practical work, take on new tasks with a positive attitude, and contribute to good collaboration in the workplace. Since our clients' needs can change quickly, you need to be able to start work on short notice, be easy to reach, and respond quickly when we contact you.
To be considered, you must be studying or have another primary occupation of at least 50 percent and be able to verify this with a valid certificate.
We'd like to see that you:
Have the opportunity to work two to three days per week
Are open to working both daytime and evening shifts
Are responsible, thorough, hardworking, and reliable
Are easy to reach and respond quickly to contact
Enjoy practical work and occasionally fast-paced environments
Find it easy to follow instructions and learn new tasks
Can work both independently and with others
It's a plus if you can work nights. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or production, as well as a forklift license and driver's license, are also advantageous for certain assignments.
