The educational requirement is also met if you have post-secondary specialization in the disability field comprising at least 200 vocational college credits, 120 university credits, or a combination equaling at least four full-time semesters. Alternatively, 60 university credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for people with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other training deemed equivalent by the employer. Who you are To be successful in this role, you should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or possess an equivalent qualification. You are accustomed to taking initiative and enjoy working collaboratively in a global environment. Furthermore, you have extensive experience (more than 10 years) in a similar industry, involving engineering design, drafting, and supplier interactions. You have the below skills and knowledge: AutoCAD 2D Microsoft Office applications SolidWorks (desirable) E3D (desirable) Knowledge in norms and standards such as EN, ASME and GB Working in global project teams Experience from evaporation plants or other pulp and paper process areas Site experience from pulp and paper industry (desirable) Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
