Behind every successful installation, satisfied customer, and efficient workday is a plan that works. We're now looking for a Planning Manager who wants to take responsibility for developing our planning operations in Sweden and ensuring that we have the right capacity of installers, in the right place, at the right time.
In Sweden, we currently have approximately 135 installers working with the installation of new alarm systems and service assignments for existing customers. The operations have significant geographic distribution with installers across large parts of the country, which places high demands on smart and efficient planning.
We're in an exciting and expansive phase where planning plays an increasingly important role in the success of our operations. Therefore, we're looking for you to help shape the working methods of the future, not just maintain existing processes. Here you'll combine analysis, leadership, and operations development in a role with significant impact on both results and customer experience.
About the Role
As Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and further developing the planning function in Sweden. Together with your team, you'll ensure that the operations have the right resources and capacity to meet today's and tomorrow's needs.
You'll work closely with Operations and other key functions to create conditions for high productivity, efficient workflows, and a strong customer experience. Through analysis and follow-up, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and drive development forward.
This is a role for someone who is motivated by creating structure, making data-driven decisions, and turning insights into concrete actions. You don't just see what's happening today—you help the business plan for tomorrow.
Who Are You?
We believe you have experience from a similar role where you've worked with planning, resource management, or capacity planning in an operational business.
You're a confident leader who helps people grow and succeed together. At the same time, you have strong analytical abilities and enjoy using data to understand the business, identify areas for improvement, and make well-informed decisions.
We believe you have:
Experience in operational management or planning operations
Experience with resource and capacity planning
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into concrete actions
Experience leading and developing employees
Experience from a larger operation with technicians, installers, or other field-based operations is a merit
As a Person
You're curious, structured, and solution-oriented. You like to understand how different parts of the business connect and are driven by finding smarter ways to work.
You dare to challenge when needed, are skilled at building trust, and find it easy to collaborate across different parts of the organization. When conditions change, you see opportunities rather than obstacles.
Above all, we're looking for someone who wants to develop, improve, and create results together with others.
Application
Does this sound like your next challenge? Submit your application today! The application deadline is September 30. Please note that we don't accept applications via email. We conduct ongoing selection, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
This is a permanent position starting by agreement and based at our headquarters in Citygate in Göteborg. We have a six-month probationary period. If you have questions about the role, please contact Karin Hällås, Talent Acquisition Specialist, at 0733703256 or [email protected].
