We are now looking for a Service Team Member for Hemfrid Göteborg. This is a role for you who has experience with cleaning, enjoys variety in your workday and wants to help ensure high quality in our deliveries. A varied role with responsibility As a Service Team Member you will become part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You are an important resource who contributes to both customers and colleagues having the best possible experience. No two days are the same – you switch between supporting new colleagues, ensuring the quality of our assignments and helping where the need is greatest. Your responsibilities Initial cleanings and deep cleanings Window washing Substitute shifts Onboarding and support for new employees Quality checks Key management when needed Ongoing dialog with Area Manager and Field Lead Participation in monthly quality team meetings We are looking for you who Have experience in home cleaning or similar service profession Enjoy working in a team and supporting others Are thorough, responsible and solution-oriented Have an eye for detail and are passionate about high quality Thrive in a varied role where no two days are the same Speak Swedish or English Can work between 08.00–17.00 Are flexible and can work with different customers Have a Class B driving license What you get from us Permanent employment at 75–90 % Collective agreement and secure employment terms Fixed monthly salary Wellness allowance Liability, sick leave and occupational pension insurance Free training and opportunity to develop within the company Support from engaged leaders and colleagues An international team with great camaraderie Team meetings and joint activities Want to develop together with us?
