You work closely with clubs to support and develop their activities, build collaborations with municipalities and other actors, and drive projects, training programs, and other initiatives that help develop parasports. You will, among other things: develop and support sports clubs through advice, inspiration, and training create collaborations with municipalities, clubs, schools, rehabilitation services, and other key actors work actively on recruitment to bring more people into parasports initiate, plan, drive, and follow up on projects and development initiatives plan and conduct meetings, networking events, training programs, and activities deliver lectures and train leaders, athletes, and boards inform about and promote Västra Götaland Parasports Association's activities build and develop networks within sports and among other important collaborators.
