About the position
As a medical secretary at our psychiatric emergency department, you'll be an important part of our great team. Adult psychiatry's round-the-clock care is a modern workplace in completely new, specially adapted and designed premises for psychiatry, providing security and comfort for both patients and staff.
As a medical secretary with us, you'll have varied work tasks. Your day may include documentation, medical record writing, filing, and telephone service. We want to give you the best possible start with us and therefore offer comprehensive introductory training and workplace orientation, tailored to your needs and experience.
In addition to the psychiatric emergency department, you'll also be an important piece of the puzzle in our work starting up a new emergency team.
Your qualifications
To be qualified, you must be a trained medical secretary.
Knowledge of Melior and Elvis and previous experience working in psychiatric operations are advantageous.
You must be thorough and have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. We value that you are responsible and provide good service to both patients and colleagues to ensure high patient safety. Ideally, you have a flexible approach and enjoy improvement work.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
