JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to be part of developing the facilities and properties of the future in a municipality where collaboration, long-term planning, and service are in focus? We are now seeking an engaged and structured team member for our property department. You will become part of the property department consisting of 25 colleagues with broad expertise in the property field. Together, you are responsible for creating good conditions for the municipality's operations through professional and sustainable property work. In this role, you work both operatively and strategically. You are primarily responsible for managing internal and external facility lease agreements and terminations, and you maintain ongoing contact with tenants, external property companies, and contractors. You also participate in rent negotiations and ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and agreements. An important part of the assignment is to participate in the municipality's facility planning group (LPG), where you contribute with analyses and materials for long-term planning of the municipality's facilities and properties. You work closely with various sectors and municipal companies to coordinate needs, plans, and development initiatives. • Your work tasks • Manage internal and external facility lease agreements and terminations. • Be a contact person for tenants, property owners, and contractors. • Participate in rent negotiations. • Ensure that work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and agreements. • Participate in the municipality's facility planning group (LPG). • Analyze facility and property needs and develop long-term plans. • Coordinate facility and property matters between the municipality's sectors and companies. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Your personal qualities are of great importance when we assess your suitability for the position. To function well in this role, you need to have a sense of order and organization. You also need to be engaged and responsible and have the ability to work with multiple processes in parallel. It is very important that you have a natural sense of good service and are skilled at communicating both in writing and speech. We also want you to share your colleagues' development motivation and natural team spirit. As an applicant, you should have: • Post-secondary education in rental law or equivalent. • Several years of experience working with contract administration or similar industry experience. • Experience from strategic work within the facility and property field. • Good system experience and preferably experience with property management systems. • A structured and service-oriented personality.
