JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work outdoors and help create pleasant, safe, and well-maintained environments for the municipality's residents? We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented employee who wants to contribute to keeping our municipal properties and green spaces in excellent condition year-round. About the Position As an employee in property outdoor environments, you get varied and practical work where no two days are the same. You work to maintain and develop the municipality's outdoor environments to create attractive and welcoming places for residents, visitors, and businesses. Work tasks include, among others: • Lawn mowing • Planting and plant care • Weed removal • Hedge trimming and pruning • Planning and development of green spaces • Minor carpentry and maintenance work • Other work tasks related to the maintenance of the municipality's properties and outdoor environments • During the winter season, the focus will be on snow removal and de-icing to ensure accessibility and safety in the municipality's areas. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons and are comfortable with physical and varied work. You are responsible, collaboration-oriented, and have an eye for order and quality. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and contribute to a good work environment. Vocational training or many years of experience in green space maintenance is a requirement, and experience and familiarity with machine operation is highly meritorious. Experience in green space maintenance, gardening, property maintenance, or similar work is meritorious. Class B driver's license Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: Recruitment will be ongoing, with start date by agreement.
