Your main work tasks include: Performing service, operations, maintenance, construction, and troubleshooting in stations and power installations Conducting rounds, inspections, and checks according to established maintenance programs and reporting deviations Working according to ESA, EBR, and applicable safety procedures, and participating in risk assessments and work planning Performing maintenance, repairs, and switching on switchgear equipment, such as transformers, breakers, disconnectors, tap changers, battery systems, as well as thermography and grounding resistance testing, etc. Small reconstructions and fault remediation may be part of the role Documenting completed work and managing work orders in our digital systems Contributing to the development of work methods and procedures for increased safety and quality The role places great emphasis on safety, quality, progress, and commitment. Travel within the area and on-call duty may be a natural part of the assignment. Job Requirements We are looking for someone with good technical understanding, strong safety awareness, and interest in working with complex power installations. You are organized, thorough, and take responsibility for both quality and safety in your work. We would like you to have: High school education in electrical power/electricity or equivalent vocational training Experience as a station technician, power technician, distribution electrician, industrial electrician, or similar Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driver's license. It is a merit if you have good ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation, as well as basic understanding of control, protection, and monitoring systems.
