WORK DUTIES Your work duties include conducting supportive and motivating conversations to provide guidance in both practical and social contexts and supporting the individual to participate in their overall treatment plan and achieve their goals. You work together with other staff to create a structure and environment that is conducive to those placed there. You document in implementation plans and reports to the case officer, conduct weekly planning, and participate in transition planning. You collaborate in a team with other people around the individual to ensure good quality and good treatment. Documentation is done in the Journal Digital system. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is qualified or training in treatment or social pedagogy, or other education in the social field, alternatively with other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent and suitable for the assignment. Region Sörmland, Eskilstuna, Katrineholm and Nyköping About Us Region Sörmland operates four hospitals and 18 region-run health centers and 12 private health centers, distributed across the county's nine municipalities. We employ approximately 7,500 people, of which approximately 6,400 work within healthcare. AT training is conducted at Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm, Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna, and Nyköpings Hospital. In Region Sörmland, the AT physician is an important part of our operations, and we therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability when hiring.
