We're looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a secure and meaningful everyday experience. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with good quality care in accordance with what has been agreed upon with the resident in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's "Your Day" concept. Personal care and support, and utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meals" concept so that our residents enjoy their food and meal experiences add sparkle to daily life. Documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and establishing and following up on care plans. Planning, offering, and implementing daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Performing service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompaniment, shopping, and more. Receiving and performing delegated tasks such as medication administration. Taking responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participating in the facility's quality and improvement work.
