Continuous Improvement Leader in Production / Production Developer

We're looking for a driven and solution-oriented Continuous Improvement Leader who wants to take production flows to the next level. Here you'll have a hands-on role where you identify improvement opportunities, find solutions, and drive them all the way from idea to implementation – with a special focus on our detail machining and surface treatment. About the Role As a Continuous Improvement Leader in production, you'll drive improvement initiatives within detail manufacturing, with a special focus on surface treatment and streamlining production processes. You analyze workflows and working methods, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete solutions. The role is hands-on and suits you if you're driven, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking ideas all the way through to implementation. You work closely with production and the production manager, in close collaboration with the technical area manager and other relevant functions. Examples of Work Tasks: Map and analyze production flows within detail manufacturing and surface treatment Conduct, for example, value stream analyses Identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvement opportunities Develop and implement improved working methods and solutions Drive improvement initiatives from idea to implementation Follow up on results and the impact of completed improvements Collaborate with production, production manager, and technical area manager in improvement work Contribute to structured and continuous improvement processes Your Profile We place great importance on your personality and are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and solution-oriented. Required Qualifications At least one year of work experience from workshop or manufacturing industry, preferably in sheet metal or similar operations. Demonstrated interest and drive for improvement processes Computer proficiency Swedish, fluent in speech & writing Meritorious Qualifications Meritorious with experience in improvement work, production development, or process development within manufacturing industry. Work experience in surface treatment. Experience with production in small or medium-sized batches and varying manufacturing. Terms The assignment is placed in a security classification.
