This could be the role for you! We are now seeking an employee for Supplier Quality Management responsible for ensuring and maintaining a high level of supplier quality within Procurement at Saab Aeronautics. In the Supplier Quality Management role, your main task is to investigate, coordinate, and follow up on deviations and quality issues, with the goal of ensuring that our supplier base delivers high-quality products—particularly for Gripen. A significant part of the work involves operational case management, where you receive, validate, register, follow up on, and analyze quality remarks. The role involves close collaboration internally with functions within procurement, engineering, production, and quality. You also serve as a central link between Saab and our international suppliers with the mission of ensuring that deliveries meet established quality requirements. The role is positioned in the Supplier Quality Management section, where you report to the section manager. You will be part of a team of 12 people with the same or similar work content. In the section, we work closely together and support each other. You will be trained by a designated mentor in the section so you have good conditions to learn your new job. The section has good diversity in seniority and broad experience both within our own operations and from other operations. The work location is Linköping Tannefors. Your profile We are looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and confident in moving work forward. You take great responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and executing your tasks and have a strong ability to manage yourself in daily work. At the same time, you are a flexible team player with good collaboration and communication skills. With an analytical and solution-oriented approach, you can see both details and the big picture. Your profile • Previous experience in production, engineering, quality, or procurement • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form • Civil or university engineering degree or other technical education in a relevant field • Knowledge of supplier quality assurance and quality tools • Knowledge and experience in production processes This position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations.
