You are part of the management within the sustainability department and report to the head of the security and preparedness unit. About the workplace The Sustainability Department at the city office works with the city's strategic efforts in sustainability, including rights issues, local development, preparedness, safety, and security. Within the department, the security and preparedness unit is responsible for developing and following up on the city's work in the areas of security, preparedness, and crime prevention at an overarching level. The unit is responsible, among other things, for overarching work on safety and operational security, leading the city's management of undesired incidents, event security, the on-call officer function, internal control, and the city's insurance protection. The crime prevention section is part of the security and preparedness unit. The city office directs, challenges, and strengthens the development force in the organization, in the city, and in the region. We are the municipal board's administration and work with a holistic perspective close to the city's leadership. Your work at the healthcare center spans a broad range of activities within general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, in-person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, which means being able to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with collaborative assessment where you as a nurse, together with the physician and other professionals, evaluate patients. You meet many patients in your work, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that collaborating with colleagues and other contacts is self-evident for you. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and clinic visits. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development. Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with stable staffing. We draw on each other's expertise to provide support in our work and to deliver good patient care. Currently, we have approximately 8,000 registered patients.
