Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a primary school teacher for grade 3.
Your responsibilities include planning instruction, delivering lessons, and assessing students' learning outcomes. You will evaluate and develop pedagogical practices based on the school's governing documents and students' needs and interests, both individually and as part of a team. You deliver modern and creative instruction and develop strategies to reach each student and support them in both academic and personal development. You collaborate with other school staff to create a positive learning and work environment for both students and staff, and actively participate in the school's continuous improvement efforts. Mentoring is part of this role.
Qualifications
You are a certified teacher with credentials to teach Swedish and mathematics to grades F-3. Previous experience working as a teacher is required.
You have a solid understanding of and knowledge about the school's governing documents and can apply them effectively in your daily work. You possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills and can organize your work to create a productive and positive learning environment for our students throughout the school day.
Based on evidence-based research, you develop your practice, and with good knowledge and experience, you work efficiently with relevant digital tools. You naturally maintain a professional approach and work to build strong relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at school.

Elinelundsskolan is located in an emerging neighborhood in southern Malmö. We have close access to exciting nature near the limestone quarry, and our learning environments provide excellent conditions for instruction and learning. The school is newly built with modern facilities including staff offices and group rooms for each homeroom class. The school is an F-9 school with approximately 750 students.
