Welcome to Mobilia Healthcare Center. We are looking for a licensed registered nurse. You are a confident person who maintains composure and focus regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and strong collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues on the unit and cross-functionally within the team. Together with the healthcare center's management, you are responsible for developing and advancing the operations. It is a plus if you take your own initiative in your work and are confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving abilities, and can effectively prioritize your work tasks. Your work at the healthcare center spans a broad range of activities within general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, in-person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, which means being able to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with collaborative assessment where you as a nurse, together with the physician and other professionals, evaluate patients. You meet many patients in your work, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that collaborating with colleagues and other contacts is self-evident for you. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and clinic visits. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development. Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with stable staffing. We draw on each other's expertise to provide support in our work and to deliver good patient care. Currently, we have approximately 8,000 registered patients.
