Product Manager
What our job is Klaravik connects hundreds of thousands of buyers around the world with sellers of machinery and vehicles through our auction platforms klaravik.se and klaravik.dk. New items are published every day and our offering continues to grow. During 2025 we started over 170,000 auctions and had auction revenues of over 4.7 billion kronor. The forecast points to continued strong growth — the target for 2026 is over 5 billion. Klaravik Sverige has 265 employees and is part of a strong European group: TBAuctions, with several successful growth brands. The group has over 1,200 employees in the Nordics, Benelux, the UK and the rest of Europe. What your job will be You take product ownership of our public web and public app — that is, the entire experience for someone searching for an item, placing a bid and winning an auction. Klaravik.se, klaravik.dk and the app are for most people the whole picture of Klaravik. Your primary target audience is the buyer and bidder. It is the most trafficked part of our platform, and where small improvements in search, item descriptions, bidding and My Pages have a direct impact on conversion and auction revenue. You lead a dedicated development team and shape the roadmap for your area in dialogue with VP Platform and Klaravik's leadership — and own the execution. A comprehensive roadmap for 2026 is in place; your mandate is to refine it and translate it into delivery. In November you'll also have an Engineering Manager by your side responsible for the team's delivery and technical craftsmanship — you focus on the product. What you do concretely • You understand the buyer in depth: how people find items, where they hesitate, why they don't place bids — and translate that into well-founded product decisions • You work data-driven across the entire funnel: traffic, search, item view, bidding, repeat buyers • You drive discovery and define solutions together with the team — not just as a spec writer • You keep the backlog in shape and ensure the team always knows what to build next and why • You balance new functionality against an ongoing modernization of our web platform — a significant part of the roadmap is about rebuilding the existing storefront into a modern structure, and you make those tradeoffs together with the team • You prioritize for two markets, Sweden and Denmark, which share the same platform • You communicate direction and priorities clearly to your team, to internal stakeholders and to leadership Broker tools, seller flows and back office are owned by other squads — you collaborate with them, but your focus is on the buyer side. Who you are You are an experienced product manager who understands the difference between product management and project management — and who has done it for real. You've taken a team through an entire product cycle, not just coordinated deliveries. We would like to see that you have • At least 5 years of experience in product management where you've owned roadmap and priorities • Experience with customer-facing digital products at scale: marketplace, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing service where conversion and engagement are what counts • Experience working with both web and mobile app that share the same user journey • Experience leading a development team day-to-day: backlog refinement, sprint planning and tech debt tradeoffs • Ability to make product decisions based on data, user behavior and business goals — and explain them • Clear communication style with the ability to handle different stakeholders • Fluent in Swedish and English Experience with auction technology or B2B marketplaces is a merit, but not required. What we offer • A role with real mandate and clear impact in an organization that actually delivers • 6 weeks vacation, wellness allowance, pension and health insurance • Attractive office space in Lund, a stone's throw from Lund central station • A warm, open culture — team outings, game nights, quizzes and conferences Details Employment type: Permanent, 6-month probation Number of positions: 1 Location: Lund Presence: Minimum 3 days per week at the office Travel: 1-2 times per quarter to headquarters in Karlstad Start: By agreement Applications: Ongoing selection Questions about the position?
