Registered Nurse position at LARO clinic in Landskrona and/or Lund

We are now seeking a registered nurse who wants to become part of our LARO operations in Landskrona and/or Lund.

As of May 1, 2026, operations will be conducted under a new agreement in accordance with LOU on behalf of Region Skåne. However, the operations are well-established. Our employees have extensive experience with LARO and have worked together for many years. This means clear work procedures, high competence, and a secure working environment.

About the Position
As a nurse, you have a central role in the patient's treatment. Much of the work involves creating long-term and professional relationships where you get to know the patient, follow their development over time, and work together with the patient toward individual goals.
We are looking for someone who appreciates close patient encounters and believes it is important to understand the person behind the diagnosis. You see the value in continuity and are motivated by following patients' journeys of change.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with nurses, physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals. We communicate continuously throughout the workday and help each other with both small and large matters. With us, it is natural to ask for advice, share experiences, and together find the best solutions for the patient.
Responsibilities
The work includes, among other things:
medication management
specimen collection
patient follow-up
motivational and supportive conversations
documentation and follow-up
cooperation with other healthcare providers and authorities
active participation in the team's joint care planning

Experience in psychiatry, substance abuse care, or LARO is desirable but not required. We also welcome those who wish to develop expertise in this area.

Additional Information
Employment percentage and start date by agreement.
Placement will be in Landskrona and/or Lund depending on operational needs and agreement.
We apply a six-month probationary period. An extract from the criminal record register and verification of licensure are part of the recruitment process.
